Protecting your privacy and personal data is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy informs you about how we collect and process personal data when you use our applications, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data when you use our Connect portal, register, or communicate with us. This includes:
- Registration and Master Data: Name, email address, username, phone number, company name.
- Usage and Log Data: IP address, date and time of access, operating system, browser type, pages visited, connection data.
- Content Data: Data that you enter or upload while using the application's functions.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the SaaS applications;
- Contract fulfillment and user management;
- Ensuring system security and stability;
- Communicating with you (e.g., support requests, technical updates);
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties and International Transfer
We only share your data with third parties if necessary for contract performance, legally required, or with your express consent. If we engage service providers (processors) to provide infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting in Switzerland or the EU), they are contractually obligated to maintain data protection.
Data transmission to third countries outside of Switzerland or the EU only takes place to countries with an adequate level of data protection (Art. 16 FADP) or under the application of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. Data Retention
We process and store your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g., 10 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations). After the purpose ceases or statutory periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures (Art. 8 FADP) to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Data transmission in the App is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you at any time (Art. 25 FADP). You also have the right to rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, and data portability. If you have given consent, you can revoke it at any time with future effect. Please direct your request to the controller address listed above.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to align it with changing legal requirements or functional updates in our Connect portal. The current version published in the App applies.
